Customer Service Specialist with Catalan, Spanish and English

Location: work at home (Poland)

Your daily tasks:

Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);

Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;

Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;

Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;

Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

Language: Proficiency in Catalan (C1) Spanish (C1) and English (C1);

Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;

Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;

Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
